Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very small, with 2 small beds and one noisy folding bed. The air conditioning was not working well, but after several complaints, they offered a standing fan. Eventually, they changed the room, only to find a big fat mouse. However, the night duty manager was cooperative and tried to address our issues.
The hotel is situated in Lazimpat, a bit outer of KTM, yet very convenient and lovely with stunning gardens around. The rooms, apart from being small and a bit stinky with noisy beds, were a nice gesture considering the TV's condition. The service from most staff members was helpful, with only one rude encounter in the guest business area. The dining experience offered wonderful Nepali-style dishes and excellent buffet breakfast. The location, though away from home in Kathmandu, was ideal for exploring key attractions like Thamel, Royal Palace, and Pashupatinath due to its proximity and sheltered walkway. However, the dry vegetables, mealy fruits, and sour yogurt with lumbs were a drawback in the dining options.
The hotel offers a cozy and relaxing stay with nicely furnished rooms, but some issues with the extra bed and AC. The service was friendly but lacked communication on renovations. The location is convenient near tourist areas and shops. The dining experience was good with diverse menu options. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms went through some initial challenges with size and a noisy folding bed, along with an unexpected guest, but eventually, the accommodation turned out to be perfect, especially after a trek. The staff, particularly the cooperative night duty manager, made the stay more pleasant despite the hiccups.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, though showing signs of age with missing hinges on doors and cracks in wood. The staff's hospitality was a very nice gesture, making the stay enjoyable. However, some aspects of the service were lacking in politeness and hospitality manners.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms had a special heritage touch, and I particularly loved the exclusive larger suites with a balcony. The stocked minibar and luxurious bedding made it a perfect retreat, complemented by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit on the humid side, but overall a fantastic experience.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but some areas could use improvement, especially with lighting and door edges. The service, especially at night, was kind and helpful, with standout employees like the doormen and F & B Mr Jeet. The location is good, near many shops and restaurants, though there was an issue with the showerhead spraying water everywhere in the morning. The dining experience, while decent, could be enhanced with more variety and quality dishes. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms but badly needs refurbishment. The service was attentive, with some intimidating elements.
The hotel is situated in Lazimpat, a nice location near the heart of the tourism area. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, though not the most modern. The staff are friendly and helpful, but there was one unpleasant encounter with a rude individual in the guest business area. The dining options offer a mix of Continental and Asian food but include some disappointing dishes like dry vegetables and sour yogurt. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions like Thamel and the Royal Palace, with a bonus swimming pool on site.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, but there was one rude encounter in the guest business area. The rooms were mostly clean, but the initial room was cramped, and there was an issue with the air conditioning. Despite these setbacks, the room was eventually changed, and the night manager was understanding and cooperative. The location was convenient for my activities but a bit on the outskirts, the gardens were lovely, and there was a sheltered walkway for easy access. The dining experience had its highlights and low points, with a bountiful breakfast served overlooking the picturesque gardens. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the atmosphere was a bit humid at times. The hotel's garden was a nice touch for relaxation, but some maintenance issues were visible. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a decent variety, although improvements could be made. Not being very close to tourist spots was a downside for me.
The rooms at the hotel need major renovation, but the food and beverage service team was excellent. Despite the room issues and noisy beds, the staff, especially the night manager, were cooperative in handling our concerns.
The hotel had a mix of experiences with clean and well-equipped rooms but some issues with size and noise. Service was cooperative and understanding, although marred by one unpleasant encounter. Location was good, near shops and restaurants, providing a relaxing ambiance. Dining was satisfactory though with limited variety. Facilities were acceptable overall.
The hotel rooms are nicely furnished with a traditional touch, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The service is helpful and clean, though slightly humid at times. The location offers proximity to the heart of the tourism area and a tranquil garden for fresh air, but lacks variety in dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive staff and convenient surroundings.
The hotel offers a nice garden view in their supposedly 5-star property. While the rooms were small and noisy, they did have amenities like a television, mini bar, heat and a/c, and complimentary daily water bottles. The service was polite but not very approachable, with some instances of rudeness noted. The location, although not meeting the 5-star claim, was good for me, as it was in Lazimpat and close to important attractions. The dining options were limited, although the quality of the food was good. The facilities were decent overall.
