My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms had a special heritage touch, and I particularly loved the exclusive larger suites with a balcony. The stocked minibar and luxurious bedding made it a perfect retreat, complemented by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit on the humid side, but overall a fantastic experience.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but some areas could use improvement, especially with lighting and door edges. The service, especially at night, was kind and helpful, with standout employees like the doormen and F & B Mr Jeet. The location is good, near many shops and restaurants, though there was an issue with the showerhead spraying water everywhere in the morning. The dining experience, while decent, could be enhanced with more variety and quality dishes. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.
